1. Introduction

Domain Dodo is operated by Ed Wade trading as Sky Blue Moose, Unit 165234, PO Box 7169, Poole, BH15 9EL. By accessing or using Domain Dodo you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Domain Dodo is a cloud-based domain expiry monitoring service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the service.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Domain Dodo.
• Each person may hold one account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

Domain Dodo offers the following subscription plans:

• Free — £0/month
• Starter — £9/month
• Growth — £29/month
• Business — £79/month
• Enterprise — £199/month

Payments are processed by Paddle.com (paddle.com) who acts as Merchant of Record. When you purchase a subscription, you are purchasing from Paddle. "Domain Dodo" or "Paddle" may appear on your bank or card statement.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds are issued except as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Domain Dodo for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its related systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the service by automated means.
• Abuse or overload the service in a way that impairs performance for other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

Domain Dodo and its operator own all intellectual property rights in the platform, including software, design, and content. You retain full ownership of any data you input into the service (domain names, team information, notification configurations).

9. Data & Privacy

How we collect and use your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will provide at least 14 days' notice by email before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
